Dorian Aiello, Managing Partner
Dorian has been with Aiello, Goodrich and Teuscher for over 29 years and is the managing partner. He specializes in individual, corporate, estate and trust tax preparation and planning.
Dorian received his B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting and a minor in Economics from Cal State Sacramento in 1975. His career in accounting began in 1977 with Millington & Belt, CPAs, a small firm in Mt. Shasta, as a staff accountant. Shortly after, Dorian accepted the finance officer position for the City of Weed. In late 1980, he and Hap Goodrich joined forces to launch “Aiello & Goodrich, CPAs” with a small office in Weed. The business grew from a two person, three staff firm to a three partner, nine staff firm over the ensuing 28 years.
As a native Mt. Shasta resident, Dorian has been very involved in giving back to his community during his career. He has been a Rotarian since 1984, where he served as president and district treasurer. He was a member of the Mt. Shasta Union Elementary School Board for 16 years, and is currently on the Board of Directors for Scott Valley Bank, a position held for over five years. He served as a chairman for the Siskiyou County Grand Jury and has been on the St. Anthony's’ Parish Finance Committee for many years. He is also the treasurer and director for the Mt. Shasta Film Festival, Inc.
Back in the “good ole days”, the firm and spouses used to take a long weekend ski trip to Sun River/Mt. Bachelor in the middle of tax season! AGT has grown too much to be able to continue this tradition. It’s amazing we once had this luxury!
If Dorian is not in the office, you can find him at the tennis courts! He is an avid tennis player and also enjoys poker. He has even attended two World Series of Poker events in Las Vegas. He is also very proud to have his daughter, Tessa employed with the firm.
